RacerPacer Clubs

A free web page for your running club

Your logo, when and where you meet, and every link a new runner asks for (the Strava group, the WhatsApp chat, the membership form) at one address you can put in your bio. No domain to buy and no website to build.

How it works

  1. Sign up

Your name and email, the club's name, its town and country, and the address you want. We email you a link to set a password.

  2. Build the page

Log in at My club and add your logo, links, meet-ups and colours. A preview next to the form updates as you type.

  3. We check it

A person looks at every new page before it goes public, so nobody can set one up pretending to be your club. You can keep editing while you wait, and we email you when it's live.

  4. Share it

Copy the link into your Instagram bio or group chat, or download the QR code for posters and flyers. Posted in WhatsApp or Facebook, the link shows a preview card with your club's name.

What goes on a page

  • Your logo, or your initials if you don't have one
  • Icons for Instagram, Facebook, Strava, WhatsApp, Spond, Komoot and eight more
  • Up to 12 link buttons in the order you choose, with an icon each and the option to make one stand out
  • Regular meet-ups: the day, the time, the meeting point with a map link, and a note like "head torch from October"
  • A "Join us" button, and an "Email the club" button that keeps the address away from spam bots
  • A short description, the type of club, the year it started and a "Beginners welcome" badge
  • A share button and a QR code

Make it look like yours

Six colour schemes in light or dark, your club colour as the accent, a plain, gradient, dotted or contour-line background, three button shapes, three button styles and four fonts. If a colour would make text hard to read, the page adjusts it until it passes accessibility contrast.

Why only a logo

Race photos and borrowed artwork are where copyright complaints come from, so the logo is the only image you can upload (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 2MB). Colour and layout do the rest.

Good to know

It's free
No fee and no adverts. The only extra on your page is a small line at the bottom saying it's a RacerPacer club page.
One account, one club
Each account looks after one club page. If you run two clubs, sign up for the second one with a different email address.
Pick the address carefully
Your page lives at clubs.racerpacer.com/your-club, and you can't change the address yourself once it's set. Email hello@racerpacer.com if you need to.
You need the club's go-ahead
Run the club, or have been asked to set up its page. If someone has already made a page for your club, use "Report this page" at the bottom of it and we'll look into who should have it.
Your login email stays private
It's never shown on the page. The contact email is separate and optional, and you can leave it out.
Delete it whenever you like
The Account tab in My club deletes the page and its logo straight away, and your account too unless you untick that box.
